un chauffe-ballon à agitation + barreau aimanté, un statif, un élévateur, un ballon, une colonne de Vigreux, une tête de colonne et un thermomètre, un réfrigérant à eau, une allonge coudée, un erlen, 3 pinces et noix.

Si la verrerie est rodée, on utilise des joints Teflon ou de la graisse et si possible des clips.

Distillation sous vide.

Chauffage à reflux.

avec réfrigérant à eau

matériel : 

un chauffe-ballon à agitation + barreau aimanté, un statif, un élévateur, un ballon, réfrigérant à eau, pinces et noix.

 

avec réfrigérant à air

matériel : 

un chauffage à agitation + barreau aimanté, un statif, un élévateur, un erlen, un réfrigérant à air ( tube 80 cm + bouchon troué ), bain-marie, pince et noix.

 

Préparation d'un organomagnésien.

 

matériel : 

un chauffage à agitation + barreau aimanté, un statif, un ballon bicol, un réfrigérant à eau, une ampoule de coulée avec compensation de pression, un tube desséchant à CaCl₂, pinces et noix.
Pas de flamme (ether), pas d'eau ( destruction du produit ).
